I like to think that by tailoring my programs to meet the needs of the student it helps them to learn more efficiently, understand concepts clearly and progress much faster. This is done after I have an understanding of the students’ performance level beginning or otherwise, background in music and specific goals in mind. By using different teaching methods, creative examples and explaining concepts in a variety of ways I have learned that students retain information better and for a longer period of time. All lessons should have an objective and goals.
